I decided to purchase a home in March of 2009. Just like any other person I decided to call Realtors in the area that had left brochures and through the yellow pages to get someone who would be able to help me buy my first home. I am a 28 year old teacher and being a women I really needed to find a realtor who knew what he was talking about and made recommendations appropriately. After a lot of frustration with other realtors and company’s I decided to ask the bank to help me find a good Realtor. Upon my visit to the bank I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian who referred me to Mr. Deron Curran who was his customer. Brian was nice enough to let me talk to Deron on the phone to share my frustrations. Deron did an awesome job in inquiring on what I was looking for. I explained that I was looking for my first home and that I wanted to purchase a four bed room home. Deron asked me for my email add so he could send me a listing of the homes. Within an hour of that call he had sent me a detailed email with homes that were on the market. He had sent me pictures and detailed information on location and the stats that I would need to before I went to look at the homes. Deron also had called me and scheduled the time that would work with my schedule to go and view the homes. We visited and looked at five homes in our first visit. Deron was very organized had all the paperwork, stats, and answered all the questions effectively on all the properties I was looking at. He also took me to homes that were already ready to be purchased and moved into keeping in mind that I am a young women who would like a home with less work. He also wrote up the offers on two of the homes I had liked. He was really patient with me and came all the way from Temecula which is two hours away to show me homes and write up my offers. Deron was always at the homes before me checking out the places and making sure that it was safe to walk in and to make sure that it met my expectations. Deron also made sure that he was contacting the loan officer to make sure we had all the paperwork completed correctly to make offers and make the process move smoothly.
After two months of looking at homes we finally had an offer accepted on my home. Deron went out of his way in providing me with step by step information on what I needed and who I needed to contact. He even drove out on many occasions to help me complete paperwork and answer questions I had. He even made sure that the inspection was done correctly. He truly made the home buying experience unbelievably exciting and memorable for me. I truly can not thank him enough and I truly think that he is a dedicated Realtor who goes above and beyond to help his clients. I will definitely purchase my future homes through him and refer him to my friends and family with my eyes closed!
